Yoga classes restart Wed 6th Jan 2016
6.30 Ashtanga Vinyasa – flowing energetic sequence and 7.40 Hatha Yoga – gentle stretching with focus on the breath
Hope everyone is surviving this terrible wet weather! If you are struggling to get motivated yoga could definitely help you feel better! It will get you moving into all parts of your body, help you breath better and boost your endorphin levels. Helping you feel amazing! I know it is hard to go outside when it is raining and dark but it will be worth it for a great restful sleep!

Hi Terri Wright it is just a drop in class so you could come along and give the class a go. The second class at 7.40 is probably better if your back is giving you bother. I teach a 12wk course specifically for sore backs but the Feb one is chockablock. Have your had a diagnosis? Rx
I’ve got osteopenia in my spine, I end up with lower back pain daily and have to stretch my back up from the the floor and get kids to stand on it lol.
Do I pay for a block at a time? And how much would I be? Am willing to give it a go!!!
Hi Terri Wright so sorry just picked this up, you can pay as you go £5 or there is a block option that makes it a little cheaper £23 for 5wks. Rx
