Yoga classes restart Wed 6th Jan 2016
6.30 Ashtanga Vinyasa – flowing energetic sequence and 7.40 Hatha Yoga – gentle stretching with focus on the breath
Hope everyone is surviving this terrible wet weather! If you are struggling to get motivated yoga could definitely help you feel better! It will get you moving into all parts of your body, help you breath better and boost your endorphin levels. Helping you feel amazing! I know it is hard to go outside when it is raining and dark but it will be worth it for a great restful sleep!
