Hatha Yoga – On-line Zoom Class: 19.00 to 20.00 Monday’s

Zoom was a whole new adventure started during covid and I have decided to stick with it as a hatha class option. It has allowed folks to join from all over the country and also locals to stay home in winter weather.  This class is good option for those with dependent family or strict time constraints.  


Ashtanga Style Yoga (1/2 Lead Primary Series): 18.15 to 19.30 Wednesday’s

Ashtanga is a sequence of yoga postures which are practised with flow and awareness of the breath and whole body: the body is warmed with the sun salutes before moving through standing postures, seated postures and then finish’s with backbends and inversions.  By the end of the class every area of the body should feel lengthened and opened.

It is a dynamic flowing practice so more dynamic than a traditional Hatha class. The sequence, when done regularly with good focus, becomes a moving meditation!

Hatha Yoga: 19.30 to 20.30 Wednesday’s

This class is aimed at beginners and general level students. This traditional Hatha yoga class is gentle and aimed at building awareness of the breath and help strengthen the body.  Through yoga we aim to stretch the body allowing it to move more freely in everyday use.

What you’ll need

Please bring along a mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing. A blanket would also be nice for the relaxation. (Although the room is lovely and cosy!)


All classes take place in Luncarty Church Centre (Marshall Way, PH1 3UX)
