Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs – 29th Aug-28th Nov
I am very excited to be running another YHLB Course starting later next Month. The Course is pretty Unique and there isn’t that may of us teach it in Scotland either. In 12wks we work though 50+ poses which build into sequences for you to work with at home. During and after the Course – yes sorry there is homework.
Also as the yoga is yoga based there is time working with Breathing and Mediation which if worked with regularly can help to calm the stress response and so help reduce the impact of lifestyle illnesses like heart disease and diabetes.
