Fantastic Feedback!
My Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs Course is currently 5 weeks in – one of my students spoke to me after class, he had spent the past Friday replacing his cooker hob and his back was killing him. In the past he said he would have turned to his anti-inflammatories but he decided to give some yoga poses a go, although he was still sore the next day he did some more poses and felt pretty good by the end of the weekend! Yoga is great!!
