This week saw the last class of a 10wk Block of Hatha Yoga Classes at North Muirton Community Centre. We marked the last class with a nice extended Yoga Nidra – which all enjoyed! The class saw some new faces as well as some who I have know for many years join the class. Over the weeks it had grown into a relaxed and gently hatha class that I have enjoyed teaching!
Classes will restart in and around the 20th Aug when the schools go back. I will drop a reminder out nearer the time – hopefully see you there! RVM
