Online Hatha Yoga
A traditional class combining breathwork, mindful movement and relaxation. You will build strength and flexibility while also creating space to unwind. Suitable for beginners and those with experience.
Monday at 7pm on Zoom. A steady, accessible class you can join from home for just £7.50 per session.

Join our zoom call 5 minutes before 7pm, wear something comfortable and make sure you’ve space to move around
Ashtanga Yoga
A more dynamic, set sequence of postures. This style of yoga builds heat, stamina and focus. Modifications are always offered, and you are encouraged to work at your own pace.

- What do I need to bring?
Just a yoga mat and dress comfortably for movement
