Hatha Yoga

A traditional class combining breathwork, mindful movement and relaxation. You will build strength and flexibility while also creating space to unwind. Suitable for beginners and those with experience.

Ashtanga Yoga

A more dynamic, set sequence of postures. This style builds heat, stamina and focus. Modifications are always offered, and you are encouraged to work at your own pace.

Online Hatha Yoga

A traditional class combining breathwork, mindful movement and relaxation. You will build strength and flexibility while also creating space to unwind. Suitable for beginners and those with experience.

Monday at 7pm on Zoom. A steady, accessible class you can join from home.
