Thankfully Spring has Sprung – Well Nearly!!  This is a time for new beginnings or upping how hard we work into our bodies!  If you are an active body what about coming along to try an Ashtanga Class it is an energetic and dynamic yoga sequence (6.30pm Wednesday) or if you are looking for stretching and relaxing what about a General Hatha Class (7.30pm Wednesday) Enjoy the Spring!!
